| Filomena Ferrucci received the Laurea degree in Computer Science (cum laude) from the University of Salerno (Italy) in 1990 and the PhD degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Naples (Italy) in 1995.
From 1995 to 2001 she was a Research Associate at the University of Salerno, where she is currently an Associate Professor in Computer Science and teaches courses on Software Engineering and Web Information Systems.
She was Program co-Chair of the 14th International Conference on Software Engineering and Knowledge Engineering and guest editor of the special issue of the International Journal of Software Engineering and Knowledge Engineering dedicated to a selection of the best papers of the conference.
She has served as Program Committee member for several international conferences.
Her main research interests are in software metrics for the effort estimation of OO systems and Web applications.
Her other research interests include software-development environments, visual languages, Human-Computer Interaction, and e-learning. She is co-author of several papers published in international journals, books, and proceedings of refereed international conferences |
