Venue

On Sunday May 28th, the shuttle bus from Sorrento will bring every participant to his/her hotel. On the shuttle there will be someone of the organization committee, with the list of participants/hotels.

Massa Lubrense is close to Sorrento on the peninsula in the southern part of the Neapolitan gulf. Villa Angelina's estate is situated 4 km from the centre of Sorrento, on the headland of "Capo di Massa" (once the summer residence of the famous ship-owner Achille Lauro).
Accommodations will be available in the nearby holiday farm, "La Villanella", with 30 hectares of Mediterranean fauna and flora, terraces on different levels to the sea, a breathtaking view of the Penisola Sorrentina on one side and on the other the Island of Capri.

Transfer Sorrento - Villa Angelina

A daily transfer bus connecting Sorrento and Villa Angelina will be available during conference days. Timetables and details will be given as soon as possible.

Travel information

Our private shuttle will be in Sorrento (Piazza Tasso) on Sunday May, 28th at 15.45, 17.45, 20.45 for getting people to Villa Angelina. Please let us know your arrival date and time and if you want to use our shuttle.

  • Suggested airport is Napoli Capodichino. Just outside the airport there is the bus stop of Curreri Lines, connecting the airport with Sorrento. Buses leave the airport at 09.00, 11.30, 13.00, 14.30, 16.30, 19.30 and reach Sorrento in 75 minutes.


  • If you land in Rome, you have to reach the Stazione Centrale (railway station) and then take the train to Naples getting off at "Stazione Centrale" or "Stazione Garibaldi".


  • From Naples railway station (Stazione Centrale or Stazione Garibaldi) you can take the train "Circumvesuviana" that get you in Sorrento in about 50 minutes. The entrance of Circumvesuviana station is connected to Stazione Centrale and Stazione Garibaldi by a short passage. For train timetables please refer to Trenitalia.
